We can bring the healing arts into our lives to support us as we try to slow down. Examples of the healing arts that I love to practice are Yoga, Pilates, art and music therapy, massage, aromatherapy, naturopathy, reflexology and Reiki. I say that any method of flow is an art.
In my experience, where ancient wisdom meets modern practice is where we can achieve optimal well-being: to reconnect with our ancient and wild inner self is to find relief from physical and emotional suffering.
